Taking cymbalta for the first time
Hi, I'm new to the site. I work on my feet all day, so this was a problem, At 5 pm I went home and crawled into bed for 14 hours. Something that helped me get through the initial difficulties was a sleep aid and also, i had an anti-anxiety pill that i could take in very small amounts to get me through. A couple times a week Good Luck. Got a therapist, go to families anon, and family physician put me on cymbalta 30 mg.
I felt like a zombie starting around noon. However, as long as you aren't taking huge doses of the drug and getting drunk every day, you will probably not have any severe problems.
I did take zoloft for 2 years but the sexual side effects were really, really bad all time I spent on the zoloft. I've been taking Cymbalta 60mg for fibromalgyia for a few years. Now I am afraid that it would be the same with the Cymbalta.
Cymbalta is making feet worse - is this common? I think this lasted a little longer than the dizziness and nausea, but it also went away for the most part. Providing your email usually results in quicker answers optional we only use your email to notify you about answers.
My husband is on Cymbalta for nerve pain. Have had no real problems with Viibryd as yet. Good Luck I had horrible side effects for nerve pain. I actually feel things and have a "normal" response to them. I don't know what we'd do if he had to go without.

Alcohol used to calm anxiety. You could give more time to see if the side effects your having go. Originally Posted by moejoe39 The first couple days is kinda rough on cymbalta.
