Harry T. Burleigh Archive: ECO

During the week of February 8th, the Erie Chamber Orchestra celebrated the life, legacy and music of Erie’s own Harry T. Burleigh.

Edward Pleasant (baritone) and Jean Snyder (author) provided the words and music to weave a fascinating narrative of Burleigh’s story, featuring spirituals and secular music.
